郵便で届いたオリジナル作品であれば、ジャンルを問わずに受け付けます。
Any kind of original work, regardless of
genre, accepted so long as it arrives to us by post.
包装／梱包は、開封致しません。
届いたそのままの状態で展示します。
No packaging will be opened, nothing altered.
Everything received will be displayed as-is.
6cm×12cm以上のある程度耐久性のある厚紙、または宛て名札（荷札）を結え点ければ、
小サイズの作品、梱包/包装されていない作品でも、郵便屋さんは受け付けてくれます。
（危険物不可/荷札は紐等で結ばれている必要があります)
To ship work via post without the use of packing material, you will need
to receive a special shipping tag larger than 6x12cm in size from the post
office. The post office will accept unpackaged objects with this tag
attached regardless of size or weight, with the exception of
hazardous material or contraband.
郵便での搬入となりますので、遠方にお住まいの方でもご参加頂けます。

Submitted work must be able to remain on display for the entire week of the exhibition.
Submission Period
Please click here for the online application, and select 「artpiece WEST TRIAL」 and set September 22nd to September 28th as the time period.
In the remarks column, please write “MAIL ART”.
As everything is to be handled by post, even distantly located artists are
encouraged to participate.

Details
Sunday, September 22nd, 2013 to Saturday, September 28th
11am to 8pm daily (final day ends at 7pm).
1,000 yen per display piece, groups or individuals
Work limited to that which is original and fits the project theme.

Until 8pm on Saturday, August 31st, 2013.
Sunday, September 8th to Tuesday, September 17th, 2013.

Work Pick-Up Period
Saturday, September 28th to Monday, October 7th, 2013.
Please pick up between 11am and 8pm, and come prepared with personal ID to the counter in the East building.
*Work cannot be returned by post.
*To participate from overseas, please contact us directly.
How to Apply
Applications accepted online and in person.
*In the event you are submitting multiple pieces, please list the amount in the remarks column as well, or it will be assumed you are submitting a single piece.
Terms and Conditions
Because of the "post" theme of the exhibition, work cannot be submitted in person.
Please do not use any shipping service outside of standard post.
If you are uncertain as to whether or not the post office will accept a particular piece, please inquire at your nearest post office location directly.
The name and home address on the piece will be hidden prior to its display.
The arrangement of all work received will be the responsibility of gallery staff.
