韓国のアーティストJee-Hyun Kwunさんによる、韓国民画や伝統的モチーフをとりこんだファッション作品の展示会が開催されました。
古いものと新しいもの、伝統と現代、のコントラストとハーモニー。
世界各国で作品の展示活動をおこなっているJee-Hyun Kwun さん。
今回19回目となる個展は、ここ日本、デザインフェスタギャラリー ！
スペース内には美しい女性ファッション作品が展示されていました。
制作のコンセプトはコントラストとハーモニー。
ファッション作品のなかで、新しいセンスと伝統的な美しさが相乗し、また共鳴します。
その他の作品にも、韓国庶民の伝統的な民俗絵画「民画」に登場するモチーフが、
自然と取り入れられていました。

Contrasts and Harmonies: old and new, traditional and modern.
Jee-Hyun Kwun's fashion works combined Korean traditional folk paintings and comtemporary fashion to create an interesting mixture of contrasts and harmonies.
